Founder's Note

A Word, From Our Founder

Growing up, I witnessed my father manage diabetes with lifestyle changes, diet, and daily exercise. That experience shaped my belief — that with conscious living, we can rewrite our health story. Although we lost him at age 82, his commitment to wellness inspired me to take charge of my own health and guide others to do the same. Todac Wellness is founded on this principle. The name itself is an acronym of my full name — Thaddeus-Okwara Doris-Ann Chinwendu — a personal reminder of the responsibility I carry and the legacy I aim to leave.
